Kindle Vella Review of The Warlord’s Survivor by LJ Anderson

Like all Kindle Vellas The Warlord’s Survivor by LJ Anderson lets you try the first three episodes for free. But please believe it grabs you with no problem and I read on without hesitation. While there is quite the eye candy on the cover, this steamy romance carries itself on the story alone.

This story starts with full action and doesn’t slow down. We may not know much about the main character, Elena, in episode one, but we know enough – she’s clearly smart, brave, and mentally strong. Elena is a rock star, but so are many of the noble women around her.

Grixis is an interesting character as he battles his societal expectations versus his personal desires. I haven’t finished reading this series, but I’m intrigued to see how Grixis battles these issues while interacting with Elena.

This is a great series that I highly recommend that you check out. The individual episodes read quickly and make you want to grab the next one immediately. This is easily bingeable. Read it today!
