So much of what we do is less planned and more spur-of-the-moment. But we can handle those moments with (a little more) grace if we have a good foundation. To me the foundations consist of planning and thinking ahead as to what we want to have appear. By setting the goals, planning, and then prepping we make our lives better in the moment and the future.
That being said…something always comes up to change the plans. But here are the pillars of what we have learned and use to make our lives complete and easier.
